1. Products & Customization
Hafiz Gift House offers customized gifts made according to the customer's requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing correct names, photos, messages, designs, spellings, colors, sizes, and other customization details when placing an order.
Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the order and customization details.
An order is considered confirmed once the required details have been verified with the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or if the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
3. Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.
Customers are expected to provide a valid phone number and delivery address and remain available to receive the order.
5. Customized Products
Because customized products are created specifically according to the customer's requirements, they cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
Returns for damaged, broken, or incorrectly sent products are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which a customer may request a return or refund.
For eligible cases, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Hafiz Gift House website, including logos, images, graphics, text, product designs, and other materials, belongs to Hafiz Gift House or is used with appropriate permission.

For issues caused by a damaged product during delivery or an incorrect product sent by Hafiz Gift House, the matter will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
